Rena and Jennifer at the front desk were so helpful and extremely friendly and patient with all 28 of our group members. Tori was responsible for breakfast and she was also very friendly and did a wonderful job with breakfast. Great staff and hospitality.
I stayed here on 1/19/2026. The hotel was very nice, and the staff was very helpful. Shout out to Jennifer, the Operations Manager! She helped me check out in a timely manner so that I wouldn't miss my flight.
We have stayed here several times and they have earned our business with their great rooms, cleanliness and customer service. On this occasion we had an unavoidable problem with our next part of the trip. The hotel and staff did an excellent job in making sure my wife and I were taken csre of and helped put us at ease as we dealt with all the changes and delays in our schedule. A special thank you to Silas and Rena, outstanding job!!!

Excellent stay! All staff members were amazing, welcoming, friendly and professional! From the moment we entered the building until our last day, everyone made certain we felt appreciated as customers, anything we needed, they provided with kindness! Rooms are great, clean, serviced, and hotel is comfortable and in great location to tourists desires for attractions! Highly recommend!
The front staff were so nice and very helpful with everything. The rooms are good but not soundproof at all! Lol!! if you are looking for a quiet hotel you might want to go somewhere else.. it also might be the CRAZIEST of all crazies that want to stay there!
My husband and I were exhausted after long hours driving and didn't have a reservation. We called and we were told that rooms were available. What a treat! Rena was at the front desk and she was so professional and patient with us. She treated us like royalty! Room was comfortable, nice and good price. Very quiet...we needed that! Employees very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good but don't expect anything fancy. Definitely, will stay there in the future!
Rena at the front desk knows what she’s doing. I checked in with engine for work and she was the only one that I’ve ever had experience with that. I didn’t have issues with all the hotels I travel in the entire country. She’s awesome
